Originally from Loire Valley, France, Yohann was named World Young Sommelier of the year in 2009 and Best Sommelier of the UK in 2011. At just 25, he became one of the youngest to earn the prestigious Master Sommelier diploma.
In 2013, he moved to Asia to manage the world’s largest restaurant wine collection at Robuchon au Dome in Macau. A year later, he took on the wine program for Shangri-La Group’s South Asia region, earning over 80 wine awards—including Best Wine List in Asia four times.
